"So, in exchange for one wish of unlimited scope and duration except as defined by stipulations A through G - "
"That makes no damned sense, pardon the pun. How can it be unlimited with limits?"
M pinched the bridge of his nose, lifting the designer frames as he spread thumb and forefinger and rubbed his eyes in frustration. "It's very simple, Mark, you're being deliberately obstinate. The services rendered have no PRACTICAL limit, but must be defined in rational measurements. You can have any amount of time you can name, as long as that time is not relative i.e. 'one day less than infinity,' and any scope of services short of true omnipote

G.A. Wayne and the Green Night - Part 1
It is only now, upon the conclusion of the business of the cups and elders, that I feel I can comfortably (not safely, never safely) relay some few of my more interesting experiences in the various crusades I and several colleagues have undertaken to prevent our more aquatically-inclined cousins from seizing hold of lands above the water to provide new sources of chattel for their abysmal lands and gods unknown. Out from the gloomy sky
With in minutes
The ground is dark and vibrant
Like a saturated sponge
Filled with multicoloured bubbles
I look at the aqua-ed ground
The dirt all dark and moist

And a slight edging smile
Appears across my face
As I ponder
Oh how the would feel and think
of this beauty of contrast......
If they were still living

I see this picture
and I hate it
it is a quite beautiful picture
and many people loved it

So I looked behind
what the beauty of the picture
reminded me of
and looked at the picture and the beauty itself
and new that all of the familiarity in the world
could not change the one in this photograph.
This photograph was of me
but it looked like someone who I dreaded
and am afraid of being

The Time Protector : Chapter One
She ran down the stairs in utter excitement, trying to be quiet to hear the cheerful sound of her father's humming. Her father, you see, was a brilliant inventor, with just as equally brilliant ideas. He was still trying to find the perfect invention that would make him and the whole family rich; the whole family as in him, her, and the robot dog, who, when excited, gears would shift around so much that he would soon shut down until someone opened him up and shifted things right back to where they should be. But to get back the story, his humming sometimes meant something strangely good was currently going on, but it also meant that somethi
